3. Member Center & Contact

3.1 Member Center

In the Member Center, you can check the products you have, find the order records, manage your subscription order, update your account, and contact the support team for assistance.

  1. My Products: You can find all the owned items associated with your login account. Click on the "Manage Devices" and you can deauthorize the product from a certain computer.
  2. Order History: This page will show orders placed within one year from 2025.
  3. Subscription: You will see this section when you have a subscription order. From this page, you can manage your subscription, such as canceling or restoring it, and changing the payment method.
  4. Account: You can change the user name, registration email account, and password here.

3.2 Contact Us

3.2.1 Contact Us at the Member Center

In the Member Center, go to the Get Support section, where you will find all the records associated with the current account under the Open Tickets and Closed Tickets sections. You can also click the "+ New Ticket" icon and then enter your questions to submit a message to our support team.

3.2.2 Get Support via the Contact page

You can also contact us through the contact page https://www.dvdnextcopy.com/contact, enter your contact email address, subject, and details of your message in the contact form.

This will also create a Ticket with the email address you used. You will need to create an account on our website with the appropriate email address and then log into the Member Center > Get Support section to view the correspondence.
